I was very pleased with the session and outcome. Michele offered a very thorough intake to understand my goals and issues. She is a great listener, very understanding, and offered some helpful advice. I had some concerns about feeling out-of-control under hypnotherapy, but it's not like that at all! It felt very safe and allowed me an opportunity to dig deeper into my subconscious mind. She guided me through the process with a soothing voice in a comfy space, which took me to a deep level of relaxation. The visions and revelations that occurred were just for me, and I had discretion on what I wanted to share. Even after just one session, I feel closer to the goals I had set forth.
